Casita Tolsa ("we," "us") operates https://casitatolsa.com and provides direct booking for our guest suites in Catalina Foothills, Tucson, AZ. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you make a booking or inquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, and number of guests. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to process and confirm your reservation, communicate with you about your stay, provide check-in details, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with the providers that run our booking operation: Stripe (payments), iGMS (reservation & calendar management), and Cloudflare (website delivery, security and aggregate traffic statistics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand site traffic and performance. These do not identify you personally.

We also set one first-party cookie, ct_attr, that remembers how you first and most recently found us in the last 30 days: the kind of source (for example Google, Instagram, an email from us, or a direct visit), any campaign tag in the link you followed, and the page you arrived on. It holds no name, email or other personal details, is never shared with advertisers or other sites, and expires after 30 days. If you book, it is saved with your booking so we know which channels bring guests to us. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we keep only the general kind of source and nothing else.

Newsletter

At checkout you can choose to receive occasional news and offers from us. The box is unticked unless you tick it. If you do, we add your email (and first name) to our newsletter list, run by our email provider Resend, once your booking is confirmed. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we won't add you back from a later booking.
