When you make a booking or inquiry, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, and number of guests. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to process and confirm your reservation, communicate with you about your stay, provide check-in details, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with the providers that run our booking operation: Stripe (payments), iGMS(reservation & calendar management), and our hosting/analytics provider Vercel. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand site traffic and performance. These do not identify you personally.
