Terms & Booking Policies

These terms apply to direct bookings made through https://casitatolsa.com. By reserving a stay you agree to the following.

Booking & payment

Reservations are confirmed once payment is completed through our secure processor (Stripe). Rates shown include the nightly price, a cleaning fee, and applicable Arizona transient lodging tax. Your confirmation email contains your full stay details.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are refunded for any nights we are able to re-book. No-shows are non-refundable. Your confirmation lists the exact policy for your reservation.

Check-in & check-out

Self check-in via a private entrance; access details are sent before arrival. Standard check-in is in the afternoon and check-out in the morning — exact times are in your confirmation. Each studio suite accommodates up to 4 guests.

House rules

• No smoking indoors.
• No parties or events.
• Please respect the quiet, residential neighborhood.
• Pets by prior arrangement only — please ask before booking.
• Treat the casita and its furnishings with care.

Liability

Guests use the property and its amenities (including the patio and rooftop deck) at their own risk. Casita Tolsa is not liable for loss, injury, or damage except where required by law.
